In Year 6 English, students have been learning about Gothic Fiction, as they are reading Frankenstein this term. Mrs Moffatt’s class enjoyed writing a gothic story, trying to include gothic features and create tension in their writing. The stories were amazing and the children are very proud of their work! In Buddy Time the buddies shared some time reading together with a twist. With the theme of "Welcome to My World" the Year 8`s took their buddies to some of their classrooms they use, such as the science labs and their form rooms. After the initial excitement they got down to some productive reading together, with one person managing a whole book! Well done everyone!
