Stuart Pendred, Founder and Artistic Director of Oxford Opera, is an acclaimed opera singer and actor whose career spans opera, musical theatre, and screen. He has performed major roles across the UK in works by Puccini, Mozart, Wagner, and Verdi, among others, and is known for his commanding stage presence and emotional depth. In addition to his operatic work, Stuart has appeared in numerous television and film productions, and his musical theatre credits include Les Misérables, Kiss Me Kate, and Wuthering Heights.
Caroline Clipsham is an award-winning concert pianist whose performances have delighted audiences across the globe. A graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the Banff Centre for the Arts, Caroline has performed at prestigious venues such as Wigmore Hall and St John’s, Smith Square, and at major festivals worldwide. Known for her polished presentation and engaging stage presence, she has recorded for Austrian National Radio, toured extensively throughout Europe, and appeared in a documentary featuring her performance on Chopin’s original piano.
